‘Of Crust and Crumb’ Artisan Bakery Based in Saddleworth, provide our focaccia, tea cakes and sourdoughs, using organic flour. |

Phil Kelly A family run greengrocers business for over seventy years. The business was started by John Kelly in 1935. John used to farm 10 acres on Ashton Moss to supply his business. Currently on the 3rd and 4th generations, Phil and Paul have their stall in Ashton Market. They are traditional greengrocers, focusing on using suppliers from the local area, particularly from Cheshire and Lancashire. |

The Kitchen Garden Run by our Allotment Coordinator, Laura, our Kitchen Garden allotment in Gee Cross is supplying the café with variety of vegetables and fruit throughout the year. Delivered to the café by bike, the carbon footprint of the supplies is minimal. |

Oliviccio Run by Nikki Hill and based in Delph, they supply olives marinated in homemade dressing using fresh herbs from Smithfield Market. |
